Where betpeo has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 21, we will suspend the account pending age verification. If age verification confirms the player is under 21, the account will be permanently closed, any deposits will be returned, and no winnings will be paid. betpeo will not retain any personal data relating to a confirmed underage registration beyond the period necessary to process the account closure and return of funds.
